1) Proof of purchase (i.e., a copy of the original Titan Invoice) is necessary
to process a return.
2) The RMA number is valid for only 30 days, from the date issued; a new
RMA number is required, if the items are returned after 31 days.
3) The RMA number is only valid for the items originally listed on the
request form.
4) The items are tested only for the problems listed on the RMA form;
so, please describe the problem clearly.
5) Dead on Arrival products must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
6) Any physical damage, changes to the product, of defacing labels on
parts and components voids the warranty.
7) No Refunds; only exchanges.
8) Service and installation charges are not refundable.
9) Please print the RMA number legibly on top of every package.
10) Any package without an RMA number will not be accepted, and may be
returned to the shipper.
11) All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipments, etc., must be brought
to the notice of Titan LED, within a period of 5 days, from the date of
receipt; Titan will not be held responsible or liable thereafter.
